Arlo pro 2 Not detecting motion

Arlo pro 2 not detecting motion. Arlo needs to figure this out asap. This is horrible, the pro 2 having issues and they have the nerve to come out with newer model which has alot of issues itself. GET IT TOGETHER ARLOOOOOOOOO.

All of my Pro models are recording fine. We need all details as to what you see, what you've tried, etc. Have you checked your modes? Does the camera live view and manually record? Is the motion icon (dot with 3 lines or running man) show black or gray?

This just happened to me last week with one of my cameras. I had to Remove Device from the base unit. Removed and reinserted battery and then re-synced camera to base unit. Motion detector started working again.
