Arlo Pro 2 - This Arlo Device Is Offline - With The Updated App 2.7.1

Smarthub for Arlo 2, Hardware VMB4000rev3

Since the latest upate to version 2.7.1, my Arlo Pro2 camera keeps going Offline. I tried the suggested fixes and to resync again. It comes back for a few minutes and then goes offline again. And when it works, the sound is choppy.

No other networks changes were made and no other devices where added or changed.

It seems that the new software creates a problem with the Arlo Pro2 cameras, relatedto the distance. Its like if the same distance is not as good anymore any more. If the camera stays real close to the hub, it works fine.

Anyone else has this issue, it is really frustrating.

Is this a single camera that keeps going offline or multiple cameras?

Great question.

i have 4 wireless camera and one wired camera.

It is the same camera that goes offline. I tought the camera itself was the issue, so I switched with another one, resynched and all. Same problem came back.

All cameras has same firmware and smarhub has the latest firmware also.

it seems the distance to the smarthub was reduced with the lastest firmware/software? I habe no other explanation since all the rest is the same.

Have you tried to remove this camera from the settings and add it back?
