Arlo Pro 2 Picture quality gone wavy distorted

Camara picture on 1 camara is gone all wavey and distorted
It still records still sends me notifications the microphone is working but picture quality is suddenly gone wavey
Any suggestions please

Remove and refit the battery to reset the camera. Hopefully that does the trick.

If your camera is smearing video, try going into the camera video settings and toggle the camera rotate 180 deg option to reset the camera’s encoder.

Ok just took the battery out and reset the camara let’s see if that helps

Ok just checked my notifications this morning picture recording is distorted and wavey so battery remove didn’t work

Ok done the rotation but still having problems
Also done a reboot but still no luck firmware up to date

It could be a bad camera but first remove the camera from Settings, My Devices. Remove and insert the battery. Resync the camera and test. If still bad, open a case with support:

Just spoke to support they said delete the App then reload the App log in then do exactly what you said
Remove camara and battery from device and then re sync with the base thanks let’s see what happens
