Arlo pro 2 two way audio not working

Recently bought 3 arlo pro 2 camera with base station. The two way audio feature doesn't seem to work. In one of the cameras I can hear the sound but its very low. Other two cameras don't seem to work at all for 2 way audio.

Camera details :

Firmware:1.125.11.4_29092

Hardware:H3

Base station:

Firmware:1.12.0.1_27940

Hardware:VMB4000r3

Phone:Samsung galaxy 9 and Samsung Note 8

When I first got my pros, I had audio issues too but with all the updates the audio really is good now. Try making sure you’re up to date on everything, hope that helps as I have had trouble too!

Thanks for your response. My camera,basestation and arlo app are showing latest firmware. Is there anything else I need to check to make 2 way audio work?

What version of the Arlo Mobile App are you using? Have you tried to reboot the base station or cameras?
