I also bought my camera's in September and my camera stopped holding a charge. I have to plug it in every day. I am not sure if it is the battery now or the charger. It charges ok. I am not sure if it is from the cold weather or if I need a new battery/camera.

I purchased Arlo 2 system in Septebmer from Best Buy. One of my cameras does not hold a charge or maybe just picking up too much activity. I have moved the camera around and battery drains very quickly. Best Buy says i need to contact Arlo. Been trying to connect via chat of some time now.
Spec battery life is for <5 minutes per day of recording and live viewing. You can run the battery down quickly if exceeding that greatly. Also, the signal strength and quality of the WiFi between the camera and base can cause the camera to struggle to remain connected. If it's just happening to a few cameras, swap them around to see if it's the camera or the location.
