I Cannot Set 911 Address "Invalid Address Error"

I am a Arlo elite member and cannot set 911 address. It always gives me error saying invalid address. I have already contacted customer service but no response after 2 weeks.. can someone help me fix this issue?

When attempting to set this feature up, did you use the web port or the Arlo Mobile App?
