This morning, I noticed that my base was also unarmed. I verified my setting and the device should have been "armed". I am not sure how/why this happened

My family and I are also experiencing geofencing issues.

1) One user enabled, no issues with geofencing working correctly

2) Three users enabled, we are receiving notification(s) of activity when the enabled device is inside of geofence

3) All 3 phones are Iphone X running IOS 12.1.2

Use a browser to check and set anything under the Mode tab since the apps can have issues displaying and setting properly.
