Can I adjust the volume in the camera?

There is a speaker volume slider under “device settings”..audio.

I do have the volume slider at 100% and the phone volume set at full but still very little sound.

I need this 2-way audio to communicate with my sick elderly( Like Me ) wife.

Maybe I am too old for this technology!

Try using a computer browser instead. The use of a computer allows you to set the computer's mic gain which you can't do on a mobile device.

We use an iPad to communicate long distance with my 89 year old father-in-law. I just figured out how to set it up for auto-answer, so he won’t have to get up and fumble with answering our calls.

If if you are in the same home, there might be other better devices.
