    <description>&lt;P&gt;Again, is this a new installation or an existing one? If existing, remove all devices in Settings, My Devices and start fresh. When you press the reset button, be sure to hold it until the LEDs flash amber. Let it reboot. Make sure the device you're using to set the system up is on the same network as the base and router (i.e. not cell service).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Any help appreciated.
Base station, shows two green lights, connects to WIFI and Power.
Arlo App will not discover base station.
Any ideas?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It is Arlo Pro 2, wire free HD security camera.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The base station show two green lights, for power and wifi.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I follow the App steps on to find / setup the base station.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The App, basically times out and shows 'No Arlo devices found' error message.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have tried factory reset on the base station and plug the cable into other ports in the back of the router.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;
