Arlo Pro 2 Base Station is offline (with Orbi)

Have an Arlo pro 2. We changed from a regular router to an Orbi. Also changed the name of our WiFi too. The base is offline and I can’t figure out how to get it back. Not sure if starting from scratch is the only way.

What base station? Is the base station plugged into the Orbi? What lights are on on the base station? Do you get internet access via a device connected to the Orbi's wifi?

You should just be able to plug the ethernet cable from the Arlo base into the Orbi and everything should work.

Not an Orbi user here but haven't some folks found it works fine when connected to the router and not a satellite? Or am I just off in the weeds again?

Router or Satellite. Both are fine for me
