topic Base Station Went offline in Arlo Pro 2

Base station went offline, so I deleted base and the 2 cameras. Now I can't get base station reconnected. I unplugged, reconnected ethernet, plugged in power cord, pressed power button, lights all turned green, but the installation page said it wasn't recognized. I was afraid to stick a pin in the reset hole, but I will if someone says it's ok.

If you've already removed everything from Settings, My Devices, using the reset button would be the next thing to do.
