Arlo Pro 2 Charging Error

I have 3 new cameras (5 weeks old) and use the original outdoor charging unit to charge the camerase.

Withing the last week 2 cameras not longer charging. Either with the outdoor chanrger nor the inhouse one that was shipled with the base station. I have tried to take out the batteries. Can see the camera tells offline when try to use without battery and charging cable only.

Some Ideas? Do I need to return the package?

Try and remove battery pack, and test in another camera and then pull battery and run on ac adapter alone...

see if any thing changes.

If NG, replacement would be prob faster

mhm. no difference. Tried to switch batteries but the same result. Looks like camera hw failure. Bad HW series as this are 2 of 3 that has this error.
