      <description>&lt;P&gt;The snapshot looks normal although that may be due to the size. Post a link to a video from the library which may be more telling.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As for the audio, check your camera audio settings as well as the phone setting to ensure all permissions are granted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Your video looks absolutely normal. Download the video and check the details of the recording. If you have it set to Best Video in the camera settings, it will be 1080p. There is significant compression to save bandwidth and disk space so that influences ultimate clarity as well as the ability to see details when zoomed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
