      <title>Smart re-subscribing after re-syncing a camera</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Having bother with 1 Smart enabled camera. Been trying set activity zones which doesnt work and also to clear "Create activity zone" or "Connect to AC power" messages. Done the usual stuff of removing the battery, re-syncing and restarting the base to no avail. Chatted to Arlo and found out that after messing around with this camera the Smart subscription had dropped off!? They recommended buying the subscription again. Smart was re-enabled and the messages cleared. But, activity zones still didnt work!! Ive done the same again by removing battery, re-syncing, restarting base etc. But, its kicked the Smart off again. Im beginning to think this system isnt what its cracked up to be. Frustrating!!!! Least if I dont Smart enabled it doesnt throw these stupid orange warnings up on the camera view.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Case No. 40653816.&lt;BR /&gt;Just looked at my bank account and I've been charged for re adding an already installed Smart feature for 1 camera that had been disabled. I was assured i wouldn't be charged. It was for trying to sort activity zone. And yet again it's become inactive on Smart again. I'm not subscribing again to be charged! What a SCAM Arlo!!</description>
