Interestingly dowloading the video from both the website and app gives me the same the video with the video stationary for a few seconds before starting. I understand that I am not mains powered so by design I will always miss a few seconds whilst the motion detection kicks in but what I don't understand is why the video online via the website has additional seconds of footage?</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>any ideas?
