Camera Flashing, Seems To Sense Motion Even When Turned Off

I have 5 Arlo cameras, 3 outside and 2 inside; I have the inside ones turned off when I am at home. I just went into the kitchen, it's still dark, and I was a bit freaked out by the kitchen camera starting to apparently respond to my mortion by blinking orange and blue for about 10 seconds. I checked the settings and it was still off and I could see no footage. I noticed a similar post from 2016, that is now closed, where this is supposed to have been fixed. Why does this happen?

Orange and blue are usu a fw update... have you checked this ?
