What part of the two-way talk isn't working? Are you not able to hear sound from the camera speaker or are you not hearing sound from your mobile device?

Check the volume settings on your mobile device as well as the settings in your arlo account under Settings > My Devices > select the desired camera > Audio Settings > make sure speaker/microphone are toggled on and volume is turned up.

it only works if my phone is on wifi and i have great LTE and even with wifi once i push to talk it freezes up video takes a couple minutes to get back
