topic Activity Zone Is Not Available in Arlo Pro 2

The first camera appears to be a Pro 2 but the others appear to be the Pro 1, based on firmware versions. You can check firmware versions in the Release Notes section here. You can also tell which ones you have - the Pro 1 has a blcak ring around the front bezel while the Pro 2 has a white ring.

As for the activity zones, you have to have the camera plugged into AC power for thoise. Alternatively, you can subscribe to Arlo Smart which allows zones while on battery power since the zones are detected via software on the servers after the video is uploaded. If the cameras are all plugged in, the issue is that the Pro 1 does not include the pixel detection available in the Pro 2, which uses the PIR detectors to detect motionand the pixel detection to determine the zones.

I have 3 arlo pro 2 cameras. All linked to the base station, recording, and otherwise working flawlesly.

One of the cameras shows HW version 3, firmware 1.125.11.3_26229

The other two are. HW8, firmware 1.092.0.19_26228.

All show 'no firmware upate available'

Activity zones work fine for the HW3 camera, but are unavailable on the other two.

Any ideas why activity zones arent available on the HW8 cameras?
