How do I log on to windows into the Arlo website? It will not log me in. It keeps returning to the login screen to enter my username and password. Thanks.

I'll wager you use Kaspersky which recently has been causing this. A search here on "Kaspersky" should get you some solutions. Basically you have to set it to allow access to arlo.netgear.com (whitelist it).
