    <description>Panel not charging. Spent some 8 hours calling Arlo support - was told by supervisor they would ship a replacement including charging cable however, nothing has arrived. Customer service and support is greatly lacking with this company. I, would not recommend based upon. Tired of calling, and getting misinformation.</description>

      <description>Spent 9 hours on the phone over the course of two days, trying to get a replacement for a defective Arlo solar panel charger. I will contact Netgear about. Your customer service help from the Philippines is very, very poor. I can't believe I purchased this system, unbelievably poor customer service and support..</description>
