In the app, can you click top right, Settings > My Devices and see if the base station is listed there?

Trying to set the base station up, but simply cannot.

i have to app. The power light in on, green. The internet light in on, green. The app discovers the device with the right serial number, I give it a name, and it returns no arlo device found.

repeatedly.

Powered off, restarted everything. Same outcome.

cant even get started, sooo disappointed.

Is a VMB 4000, the menu above can’t even recognise that

any ideas. If it’ll be techie to solve, they are going back to the shop.

thanks

mark
