Arlo Notifications Not Working On My Iphone 7

Notifications are not working in my new Iphone 7. It is being now two weeks without any notification in this particular device. They are working well in my Iphone 5 and Ipad Air. iOS is running with latest version for all my devices and there is no aparent reason for not receiving any notification. Configurations are fine as I am receiving other apps notification; I re intalled the Arlo app and still not working. Need help asap

Just to double check, This iphone is running iOS 12.1 correct?

We’ve got three iPhones in our household. XR and 8 are receiving notifications ok but the SE is not. I also notice that the SE doesn’t seem to be refreshing as quickly as the other two either - once a notification has happened, I see an event count against the device in library view on the XR or 8 but not on the SE unless I quit and restart the app.

I’ve tried uninstalling/ reinstalling and restarting the App on the SE but without improvement.
