We have just spent over $800 on A 5 Camera Arlo Pro 2. One of thr outdoor black ounts (the little mounting disk on back( was damaged and we need just the little disk, not the whole mouint. I called and was told I would have to buy a complete mount. This is ridiculous that Arlo cannot supply this tiny disk without purchasing a whole mount, which we don't need and is expensive.

Personally, I hate the plastic outdoor mounts. I'd rather use a metal one. I would open a case with support here (https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx) and request a new mount. You shouldn't have to buy anything. If you want, you could purchase one locally and then return it with the damaged mount. By the same token, metal mounts are pretty cheap and can be found on Amazon, searching for outdoor camera mounts. Virtually all of them have the 1/4"-20 thread needed by Arlo devices and are metal.
