I don't have any troubleshooting literature. Just the little pamphlet that came with the cameras. Three of the four are live and recording, it's just the one.

I mean, have to tried a battery pull reset of the camera? Or removed the camera and then re-sync'd it? Have you checked all your recording modes for rules for this camera and checked all the rules parameters are correct? Do you have motion zones set up? Have you altered the motion sensitivities for the cameras?
