topic Camera Offline in Arlo Pro 2

I have 3 cameras. 2 off the cameras are offline. Even though both still have a strong WIFi connection still. If I bring them in the house they work. I put them back outside. Then it no longer works. Like i said it still shows they are connected with 3 bars. I’ve changed there positions. Reset them. Changed the batteries. Switched cameras with other bases. Same thing. Just seems like a poor product. Had it a month. And it’s always something.

That may be due to interference. If it works inside but not out, you need to figure out what 2.4GHz device may be interfering. Could be your router (move the base away from the router), a cordless phone or other device, even your neighbor's WiFi ifclose enough.

Open a case with support here. Might be faulty hardware.
