topic Arlo Pro vs Pro 2 Recorded Video Quality in Arlo Pro 2

I have both Arlo and Arlo pro 2 cameras. They are all set at best quality video recording. I am shocked to see that there is NO difference in video quality between Pro 2 and Pro. What is going on? Is this just a big marketing scheme to get customers to buy "newer model"?

There are hardware differences between the two cameras also check the meta-data of the video file and you may see a difference

Sorry but I am not going to tell the difference in quality of video by looking at META DATA! I want to be able to see a great quality picture which comes with any 1080p device.

If you think 1080 is great, you're sorely mistaken. It is 2 megapixels and then is compressed. The camera also shows 130 degrees angle of view which is equivalent to a 10mm DSLR fisheye lens. Your cheapest cell phone has much better resolution and has a smaller AOV.
