Pro 2 Attempted to add a friend then could not locate base

Attempted to add a friend then could not locate base, hard reset done. Removed cameras and base. Now I cannot locate device.
I have unplugged the power and Ethernet cable, hard reset, pressed sync button nothing is work.

Make sure all devices have been removed from Settings, My Devices. Hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device button (web) or + (app) to claim the base. Sync the cameras.

When granting access, follow the emailed directions carefully. You're not setting up the system, you're just adding a viewer.
