&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm have issues with my subscription. This website isn't very customer service friendly. I was subscribed to the premiere but now it says basic. I tried to adding the subscription&amp;nbsp;twice but it still says basic! I need HELP!!&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I assume that you have a paid subscription and not the free trial for one month. The only thing I can think of is to call Customer Support. The official US support phone number is:&lt;/P&gt;
