Verify that the camera firmware (all firmware for that matter) is the latest. Swap cameras around to see if the problem follows the camera or the location. If it stays with the camera, remove it from Settings, My Devices and resync.

Hi.

I suddenly noticed today my driveway camera is draining incredibly fast. Its at 43% and my front door cam is still at 88%. The front door camera is by far the most active camera as well, so something is wrong.

Please note, this is a sudden development, as drain has been as expected up till now.

Any advice on what may be happening, i have no connection issues, signal is strong to main box, i dont have mic or speaker active.
Also, how do i actually contact Netgear? All support routes end up here, which is great... but sometimes you want answers from Netgear themselves? Is there a support number for UK.

Thanks for any help in advance.
Louis
