One week ago, all my 5 outdoor cameras stopped working. Three have batteries (fully charged), and two are powered by wire plus battery. I clicked "remove device" for one of my cameras, then resynced it by the base. My system will not recognize the camera anymore. I clicked "add devise", but the camera is still not recognized.

All of my cameras are not working, even on live view.

Continuing my problem with all 5 cameras not working for the past week, when I click "Live View" on any camera, I get a"Failed to Connect" message on the screen after 10 seconds.

It may be that the fastest thing to try is to reset the system. Remove everything from Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button (web) or + (app) to claim the base. Sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go if prompted.
