arlo app keeps stopping when opening it

Everytime i try to click on my ARLO ICON on my phone ,it keeps saying ARLO KEEPS STOPPING . I just started doing this , when i go to my pc , everything is working fine, need some help . Thanks Joe

Many existing threads on this. It only happens on some devices. I have 3 and it only happens on 1. Open a case with support here to add pressure.
