    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’m trying to set up a user but it’s saying the user has already exists but we never setup an account. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;We tried to hit “forgot password” but we're not getting an email to reset the password.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to create a new email just to add the user since the email we're trying to use is a company email.&amp;nbsp; Please advise a solution&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has been resolved by creating a alias email account .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
