When I open the person detected alert in my cellphone it opens a larger picture that says to verify if it is a person or other, but the picture is all grey and I can’t see anything. Anyone else have this issue with IPhone?

What iOS is your iphone running? Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo Mobile App and test again?

Thanks ShayneS. I did try that. I finally figured out it was user error today. When the alert popped up on my phone I was just clicking on it to open, so I got the grey picture. I discovered by accident that you need to swipe and click the “view” option to get the picture to show. Duh! Easy fix!
