Siren off when triggered - Arlo Pro

Hi All.

I am experiencing a bug with the Arlo app on iphone.

Prior to the arlo app update, there used to be a Alarm off button that shows up automatically if the alarm is triggered while in ARMED mode. When you open the app, the alarm off button shows up in orange meaning it's currently on, and once you press it the button becomes black and the alarm is turned off.

However after the arlo app update this button no longer shows up automatically. Even if you swipe down manually to press the alarm off button on the app, the colour of the button is black, meaning that the app is not aware that the alarm is actually on. clicking the alarm off button on the app does not turn it off. Instead it pops up the loud alarm warning. The only way to turn it off at the moment is from the button on the base station.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Hopefully this issue is fixed soon.

Does the web interface have the same issue?

What firmware versions are your base station and camera on?

I have a mixture of 2x Arlo Pro and 2x Arlo Pro 2 cameras (720P and 1080P)

Arlo Pro Firmware:

1.092.0.19_26228

Arlo Pro 2 Firmware:

1.125.11.3_26229

Hey @Tuzki,

Try downloading the latest app version, which is 2.6.2 for iOS, and see if the issue is resolved. Are you also experiencing this issue through the web client?
