    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is this supposed to be a new installation? All 3 LEDs being green indicates that the system is already up and running. We've seen used/refurbed units&amp;nbsp;sometimes need to have the base reset button presses until the LEDs flash amber before being able to claim the base.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can I connect the base station to a ModemRouter Combo? I plug the ethernet chords in. The green lights come on and I go to sync through the app and it doesnt find any devices. It wont even find the cameras. Not sure what I am doing wrong. All 3 lights seem to stay green. Help please thank you. I can post pictures if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Yes. &amp;nbsp;That is likely the normal deivce configuration for most poeple.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;The process as I recall is to add the base station and then add cameras by synching them with the base station. &amp;nbsp;Cameras within 3-5 feet of the base, press the synch button on the base and then on the camera, I think.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You may need to contact support to have them walk you through the process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
