Set notifications to vibrate not an option?

I don’t seem to have the option to vibrate when the sound is taken off - am I missing something? That feature would be very handy to have.

If you are sending notifications to a phone simply set the notification sound to a silent audio file and set the phone to audio and vibrate. Or if android you can set notifications to be audio only, vibrate or both. On most androids you can also set an led to blink a certain color for predefined notification.
