Not Getting Push Notifications

I stopped getting notifications, again. I've tried removing and readding the base station, removing and readding the cameras, removing and reinstalling the app. Each time I do any of the above things I would get one or two notifications then nothing. I'm getting frustrated and eyeing the garbage bin.
My tablet receives notifications but my phone does not.

If your tablet gets the notifications, the problem must be with your phone then. What phone?
