I had the same issue when loggin in from my computer. I had to use my phone app in order to access the "name" field, then the name change worked. Choose which camera you wish to edit, go to the device settings on that camera, then you should see the pencil in the name field that allows you to edit the name.

Which device are you using when you experience this issue, Android, iOS, PC?

I am not able to replicate this issue on the Web Portal or Android Mobile App? Which computer & OS are you running & which web browser did you use?

I'm using a Windows PC & Google Chrome. Logging into the Netgear website to access my Arlo account is where I encountered the problem. There was no way to highlight, edit, or delete the camera name, nor was there an edit pencil anywhere near the name field, which, btw, wasn't an active field.

Funny - the edit pencil is there now. It wasn't at the time I made the inquiry.
