Playback Choppy for CRV

Hello, I have the CRV upgrade on an Arlo Pro 2 that is wired to the base station. When watching the camera live, there is usually not any lag. But when playing video from the timeline, it seems very choppy and lagged and becomes annoying to watch. Is this normal? How do I fix it so it's smooth playback?

The only other info I could find from searching suggested checking the upload speed. Just wanted to add that I have 10mbps upload and 212mbps download speed currently.

Experiencing laggy playback through the web client. Just checked the CRV playback on the phone app and it is flawless.

Make sure that you are running the latest Flash verison on your browser. Also try clearing your cache and cookies and test on incognito mode to see if it is still lagging.
