    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Version 2.6.1&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;videos are vanishing after viewing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Just had a dodgy bloke at the door looking through the window.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;looked at the video, which by the way didn’t last for all of the time he was at the window, and the video has now gone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have the same problem which is very anoying. You can view them by going into the library and best to use the filter once in there. Nevertheless this is a very long way around this problem. Arlo need to revert back to the older method which was far better than&amp;nbsp;what it is now with the&amp;nbsp;update.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What firmware is your base station and cameras running? Have you tried to reboot the base station? what device are you using to view the videos? Have you checked on another device or the web portal to see if the videos are gone from there as well?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
