topic Winter Is Coming - Temp Range for Outdoor Power Adapter in Arlo Pro 2

Hi, I am wondering if I should be worried about the printed temp range for the Arlo Outdoor Power Adapter. On the box and in the manual it clearly states 32-122 degrees F (0-50 degrees C).

I understand that the batteries cannot charge when the temp goes below freezing, but will the adapter power the cameras safely and effectively?

I live where we see temps well below freezing - typically in the 20's during the winter months. I expect the battery life wont be terrific and planed on using the power adapters in 2-3 outdoor cameras.

Please clarify. Thank you!

Don't believe any damage will come to the adapter if left outside, but as you may/may not be aware, the camera will not charge below 32F( can cause battery pack damage ) and might display on screen something like " camera needs to warm up to charge "

So if it's cold, no need anyway to have plugged in.

I would use in the warmer weather and maybe invest in a charge tube with a spare battery or two for swap outs

BTW cameras are good to about -4F +/- till they stop working
