Arlo Pro 2 Won't switch to Landscaper Mode using a Samsung S9+

Hello everyone,

It seems Arlo doesn't like Landscape Mode on my S9+. It will not change no matter what I do, When I select Full-Screen Mode the image remains in Portrait Mode but is all stretched and distorted.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so, is there a fix for it?

Any info would be appreciated.

Hey @evaredy,

Have you tried to reinstall the Arlo app on your phone and see if the issue is resolved?
