No notificiation sound on iPhone when locked

Just got the Arlo Pro 2 yesterday. Everything is working good except the notification only vibrates on my phone. It doesn’t make any sound. I’ve check my notification setting; made sure sleep mode is off; trade uninstalling and re installing the app; and tried just about everything else I can think of. The rest of my notification sounds are working.

The arlo notification sound works when my phone is not locked. Can’t figure it out. Appreciate any help - seems like an ongoing problem.

Hey @Darrbo79,

Try to go to your iPhone settings > Notifications > Arlo. Toggle off the "Sounds" notification and back on. Also try toggling off and on the "Allow Notifications" and see if that fixes the issue.
