Hi,

I just discovered that my base station is offline although the front leds are all green. Tried connecting directy to the router but no success. Have tried rebooting the router and the base station several times. Using the iOS app 2.6.1. All other stuff in the house (wired and wi-fi stuff) all working fine. Even changed my router DNS to googled DNS in case of a DNS problem.

I have had the cameras off for a while so I don’t know when the base station went offline (running the basic subscription).

Anyone knows how to fix this?

Hi Guru,

Thanks for the input - tried it and the same result. Base station (and subsequently the cameras) are offline (saying it's not connected to the internet).

What's next - restore the base station to factory settings and re-install everything? Any other idea?

Unfortunately, that may be the fastest way to get the system working.
