    <description>&lt;P&gt;I want to cancel ALL service.&amp;nbsp; I want to cancel the monthly 30 days of recording AND the CVR package on my account.&amp;nbsp; The CVR service has been aweful since day one and hasn't recorded ANYTHING on those cameras in the past month.&amp;nbsp; When I go to my account it will only let me cancel either service but not both.&amp;nbsp; When I can cancel one of the services it tries to immediately charge me for the other.&amp;nbsp; It is a nightmare trying to contact customer service as there is NO phone number listed anywhere that I can find.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Support can be found by using the Contact Support link at the bottom here and again on the new page. The 3rd page has contact options.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It may be that you need to keep going through the process before you see that there's no charges remaining.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
