Hello

System arrived yesterday evening and all was working well.

NOTHING recorded through the night despite obvious street traffic. NOTHING is being recorded by cameras currently (in broad daylight either). What is going on?

Already rebooted, deleted/reinstalled base and cameras. Removed/installed batteries. Motion sensitivity adjusted to 100% and still nothing!

Both cameras are indoors, facing the outdoors.

These are screen shots of each (from the app), any ideas what the ball with 3 lines means??

The wireless cameras won't detect motion through glass since the glass blocks the IR needed. You will need to move them outdoors or use Q cameras indoors since they don't use PIR detectors but pixel-based detection.
