&lt;P&gt;Have you trued plugging the base directly into the router temporarily to see if there is something wrong with the extender?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Arlo Format Changed Now Device Will Not Connect To Internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo system format changed out of the blue. Started out with a “Live” button on four video started having “play” symbol. Used to be able to adjust volume, can now only listen at set volume or mute. Just a very basic format, why changed? Secondly, system will not connect to internet although I have Nighthawk extender that was suggested. All other devices in home are connected &amp;amp; working properly yet this system continues to say “arlo System is disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
