Arlo Pro 2 System Disarms Itself

My Arlo system disarms itself regularly. I reviewed the discussion boards and can see that this is an ongoing issue. The fixes identified were through updates in 2016. It is now 2018 and the same problem exists. Am I missing something?

When batteries go dead, mine gets disarmed too. I just try to remember to Arm it again...or once I notice I no longer have recordings, lol.

What is the scenario when your system is disarming itself. Can you provide more details regarding this?

ShayneS, when I leave the house, I log into my system via the app on my iPhone and arm the system. During the day, I sometimes realize that I’ve received no alerts (which is odd because we have a dog loose in the house). When I check, the system shows “disarmed.” That’s about it. Happens a couple of times per week.

Are you arming the system with a custom schedule or Geofencing? Or are you strictly using the Armed mode? What firmware version is your base station Running?
