Hi ShayneS. Thanks for replying.

What I am seeing is that the first 1 seconds of any 1080p video (Arlo Pro 2s) is white. The audio works, but the video frames are garbage. But as I was preparing to reply to this message I noticed that one of my devices does work, and the other doesn't. They both have Arlo's latest app, but the difference is that one of them has Apple's iOS12.1 latest beta, and the other has an older beta... both unreleased OSs. So I believe this issue might be a CoreMedia bug in iOS.

Has anyone noticed that with the latest app update the first second of each video is clipped? I have verified -- via an old phone that runs 2.5.5 -- that the camera recorded correctly, but neither the playback nor the download on the new verions is complete.
