The Mode won't change on my Arlo Pro 2

Despite multiple power cycles and 3 different browsers (Safari, Mozilla, Chrome) I cannot get the Mode to change from "armed". Arlo support here in Switzerland had no suggestions and say they will get back to me in 3 days. Any suggestions please ???

Hey @SwissMickey,

What happens when you click or tap on something else from "armed"? Do you have a screenshot that shows the problem you are experiencing?

Hi JessicaP. Thansk for your reply. I was so frustrated with the system that I just switched it off for several days. Believe it or not when I fired it up again yesterday it now works. So I'm good for now but thanks anyway.
